Honestly, this blog site is mostly for my own purposes of learning various things and trying to show some select people some fun i'm having.
This new warband is still my own fun, but i'm making a blog page for it to showcase to my mother how they work and how she can make her own for her own purposes.
I play games and write about it, sometimes from the viewpoint of the character i'm playing, other times from a critical viewpoint. Why do this? Cause I can.

A new warband for my mother to keep track of

A few more wins under the betl
It's been six rounds so far with a win each time, including some solid decisive victories as shown below:
And whilst Bjorn is in training for his new spell, we've brought in some fresh blood, some young blood actually. His name is Steve and he likes to call himself a pirate. With any luck he might lose an eye and start fitting the name.
Our new Henchmen - Bernie the Warrior
Hailing from upper North Queensland, Bernie has come in with some trusty knives, unfortunately he left his scooter at home so he's no longer a registered eshay. He does still like to stab folks who get in his way though.
Third time is still a winner
Coming in hot with not only a win, but a decisive victory and the secondary objective completed. Our time against the fiends of chaos has proven to be fruitful.
Jim the Man is proven to be man of the match once again, earning his role as a Marksman.
And now the warband has leveled up, along with all of the current henchmen. I think it's time to recruit a more melee focused friend to go with all the archery.
Round 2 is another Victory
Round 2 sees another win for the Bogans, this time with some cheeky work by the exchange student Bjorn.
The victory screen in all its glory!
Man of the match goes to Rudy this time around for taking folks down and dishing out some damage, both with his pistols and his trusty greatsword.
The cheeky victory this time came from Bjorn who snuck around the back and stole the enemy idol, then with room to spare went up stairs to try to take out the sniper who nearly dropped our new captain.
Thankfully no injuries were taken this round.
And the first battle begins
It starts off with a wyrdstone rush, and our first view of the enemy comes from Bazzo:
Sadly during the fight with these two Bazzo went down and had to be rescued by two of the Jims, one of which fell in the valiant effort. The result was that Bazzo gets a 5 day timeout to deal with the loss of an eye, truly earning him the title of Scrapper
Here are the Jims coming to support their Captain, knowing full well the danger they are both in, one of the Jims earned himself man of the match by taking out two of the filthy rats in question.
On the other side of the field Elsie and Jim get into a bit of a biff with an angry rat and quickly take him down and out. heading off to go and loot some valued wyrdstone, even if it makes you a bit crazy.
Ultimately the battle went to the Bogans who knocked out most of the other team for the victory. Sadly though, not enough wyrdstone was collected, we'll be needing much more to pay the property manager this months rent, and that guy is an angry bugger with no sense of humour at all.

The boys are back in town
So, here i go again. I'm going to start a fresh Mordheim band and post a battle report after each round.
I'll make the warband tonight, probably using the Mercs, but not certain just yet. And i'll write up two reports, one being a pre battle with introductions to everyone, and the next being the post battle.
